Elias Giouvanos Memorial Fund
Starting with the 2006-2007 school year, a $500 grant will go towards the cost of the annual school play. Funded by the Elias N. Giouvanos Memorial Fund. Elias loved the stage, being infront of people, putting on a show, and making every one laugh. We want to keep his "free" spirit alive and be present at every school play.
Operation Sunshine is a campership program that enables disadvantaged, homeless or troubled Morris County children, ages 8-14, to attend summer camp.

The Smile Train is focused on solving a single problem: cleft lip and palate. Clefts are a major problem in developing countries where there are millions of children who are suffering with unrepaired clefts. Elias always had a smile on his face, so we hope other kids can smile too.
The Grater Newark Holiday Fund helps children and the elderly in our extended community who are unable to experience the joy of the holidays, due to a great need for financial assistance or services. Elias always donated every year to the fund from his own money. We would like to continue this tradition. |
